A white-beige palette for the sun and sand, azure-blue accents for water and sky, and many more decorative details in which the images of fabulous inhabitants of the underwater world are guessed. Designer Anna Isupova came up with this sea story for a married couple from Kirov with two children — a teenage son and an adult daughter living in Moscow.

The apartment is inspired by dreams of the sea: the palette of different shades of sand and turquoise is complemented by images of jellyfish, starfish and corals in ceramics, lamps and decor. The feeling of the water element is enhanced by the «bubble» panel at the entrance to the living room and the «sea wave» on the dining table. Sofa, möbel & zeit. Work on the planning solution of the project began even before the construction of the house. On the high floor of a modern premium residential complex, customers bought two apartments, they first of all had to be combined into one.

The apartment is filled with decor from French and Spanish brands. The carpets are imported from Belgium and France, and the designer carpet in the master bedroom is the authorship of Patricia Urquiolla. At the end of the coffee table (Spanish factory Angel Cerda), a carpet with a pattern of a shell leaf on a sandy shore is reflected.

«It would seem that the area is 180 sq. m. m for a family of three people is quite a lot, there is a place for creative thought to unfold,» Anna recalls. — But the monolithic structures of the house — columns and numerous interlacing beams — created a clear matrix. We had to reckon with it and act strictly in accordance with the technical conditions.»

The dining group was made to order: a table with a blue «sea wave» according to the sketches of the author was made in Moscow at the carpentry production Hard Massive. Ergonomic Bend chairs made of solid oak produced by the Massiwo factory «arrived» from the Samara region. There are two loggias adjacent to the living-dining room: the technical unit of the air conditioner is stored on one, and the designer organized a recreational area on the other.

For the living-dining room, Anna chose a technological kitchen from the Russian brand Giulia Novars. Individual accents of the island dining area were semi-wooden stools from the Montly company designed by Alice Minkina. Hanging lamps Loya, ST Luce (Italy).

An important aspect for customers is the convenience of housing care, non—marking surfaces and practical materials. The author of the project relied on smooth lines in the interior, all the techniques create a sense of reliability, comfort and safety.

Considering the configuration of load-bearing structures and the initial location of sanitary zones in the very center of the space, the designer successfully divided the apartment into public and private blocks. Parents and son have their own bedrooms, and a separate office simultaneously serves as a guest room when the eldest daughter arrives from the capital.

To create a comfortable environment, the author used high-quality and tactile pleasant materials. The floor is laid with glossy large-format granite and premium Boen parquet board. The walls are decorated with decorative plaster and paint from the Italian company Oikos. The bathrooms are lined with Italian Atlas Concorde ceramics.

The customer has set an important task: to rationally organize the storage of things in the apartment. In addition to numerous built—in wardrobes, Anna has provided two dressing rooms: one of them is addressed to the hobbies and hobbies of the family — mountain skiing and winter fishing. The owner is professionally engaged in IT and loves modern technologies. The author of the project created a comfortable microclimate with the help of a modern split ceiling mounting system.

Smart Home manages lighting scenarios, climate, underfloor heating, aquastore systems, water heaters, electric curtains and multimedia devices. Anna is a supporter of the philosophy in which the interior corresponds to the architecture of the building and the environment. Having chosen accommodation on the top floor, customers immediately preferred a modern style.

The son’s room is the culmination of the project in terms of the color palette. The unique accent of the space was the Squarez Lounge Turkish chair from Chaircollections. «The choice of a comfortable and stylish environment played an important role in the dialogue with the customer. We have given preference to large regional brands that have weight in the country’s market and present themselves on the Milan catwalks. Other cabinet furniture was specially made according to our sketches in the production of in Fashion,» says the author.

«When I realized that our project would be neutral in terms of visual solutions, I started coming up with a story. I generally like interiors with meaning. While I was creating a design concept, my clients traveled and shared their impressions. And then objects connected by one thread began to come into my hand — this is a story about the sea and its inhabitants,» the designer recalls.
