The backlight solves everything

In the project of an apartment in an old Moscow house, designer Arina Volkova undoubtedly used the illumination of each shelf in the dressing room. The owner of an apartment in Krasnodar set a task for designer Anna Pron — there should be plenty of space for shoes in the dressing room. Of course, it was executed with brilliance. The apartment in the center of Moscow designed by Oksana Salberg-Vachnadze has two dressing rooms. In the center of one of them there is a massive pouf consisting of two parts. Size matters

Types of dressing rooms

Skeleton

A few years ago, open-type wardrobes, the so-called «skeleton», became fashionable. Such closet areas in lofts look incredibly impressive. Such designs differ from traditional ones in that they use an open structure of hangers, without numerous cabinets. The only thing that remained untouchable were the boxes for small things.

«Skeleton» has a number of disadvantages and advantages. On the one hand, you see your things, you can immediately evaluate them, make today’s choice. This rating system is more popular with men. Closets of the closed type

Women, according to statistics, often prefer closets of a closed type. Ladies like a large number of lockers, drawers and boxes. To make the clothes visible, the facades of the doors are made transparent. This is how Anna Svyatoslavskaya conceived her Moscow apartment project.
