The specialists of the INRE design studio not only transformed the facades and interiors of a country mansion on Novorizhskoe Highway, but also laid out a luxurious garden with many recreation areas around the house.

This project in the Moscow region included the renovation of the mansion, but the main thing was to create a complex, interesting landscape around it that would please the eye at any time of the year. The designers of the INRE studio started from the environment: the house stands in the middle of a forest, and it was decided to continue this «natural habitat» in the garden concept.

On the lawn next to the house, soft chairs are taken out, where you can meditate for hours.

The second task was to harmoniously connect the exterior and interior of the house with the park part. To do this, the garden was divided into several key zones, using complex geoplastics of the landscape for visual differentiation, which sets the multi-level layout of the site, and exclusively natural materials, which are repeated in the design of the site and the decor of the facades.

The coloristic solution of the entrance group is based on a combination of bright green and sand (granite paths).

The site itself consists of several recreation areas. It is no coincidence that the authors of the project call it a project of the lounge garden format («garden lounge»). Some areas can be used for family entertainment, somewhere to gather with friends or have a party. And there is also a «business» part, which the owner of the house uses for negotiations in an informal setting.

One of the most intimate places of rest on the site is the hearth area, decorated with a trimmed border and magnificent hydrangeas.

In front of the house there is a kind of welcome zone with rhododendrons (since they bloom already in May!), a «palisade» of pines serving as the background of the entire composition, and clipped shrubs framing flower beds (due to the wide sides they also serve as cozy benches). The landscape composition here as a whole is formed in such a way as to emphasize the dominant of the house.

There is a second key area behind the house. Here is the «meeting room» of the customer: with benches and floor lamps, hidden behind clipped shrubs, it is a kind of analogue of lounges with sofa groups in offices.

The so-called warm zone, in the center of which the hearth rises. The sofa group is framed by a trimmed border. One of the light sources is street floor lamps. In the evening, in the area around the hearth, the illumination of the fence with the spectacular geometry of the finish (painted pine) is turned on, as well as the illumination of the sofa group, creating the effect of soaring.

In the evening, a beautiful low-level illumination is turned on throughout the site.

Soon there will be a spa complex with panoramic windows facing the garden and forest, as well as a utility block for storing garden furniture

A barbecue grill was installed next to the outdoor pool, framed by a wooden pantone. The visual tone of this angle is set by conifers.

There is a spacious lawn nearby, where children frolic in summer. You can put up a ping-pong table or play badminton, or even just be lazy, taking a book and sitting on summer cushion chairs that are taken out into the garden. The so-called warm zone, where the hearth is located, is located separately. It is fenced with a trimmed border, the background is a fence lined with plaques of brushed pine, painted dark gray (the same finish was made to the facade). In the evening, the integrated backlight turns on, and the whole unit looks extremely intimate and cozy.

The green background for the dining room on the outdoor terrace is tall pine trees, which create a natural visual barrier, separating the plot from the outside and hiding the fence.

Evening lighting is designed to create an atmosphere of harmony.

Summer dinners or a glass of wine — only on the outdoor terrace with a dining group!

Lighting is an important component of the image of the garden. Different scenarios have been thought out.
