Creating an interior for a young couple with two young children, the INRE studio design team has found the perfect balance between technology, style and functionality.

The apartment is located in the premium Red Side residential quarter in Moscow. The owners are a young couple. The spouse is engaged in IT, the spouse develops her own brand in the fashion industry. There are two kids growing up in the family — a boy and a girl, elementary school students. The acquaintance with the designers happened thanks to word of mouth — INRE studio was recommended by a long-time client with whom they have been familiar and have been working for more than twelve years.

The living room — a favorite place of the hostess of the house — is designed in heavenly shades. A bright element of the zone is a large blue suede sofa and a pouf from Baxter. A similar shade of turquoise carpet (Dovlet House) acts as a unifying element in the space. The fresh blue color is set off by white brick on the walls and gray graphite kitchen panels with brass inserts. Coffee table, Baxter. The authors of the project needed to find a balance between technology, style and convenience for the whole family. Given the specific loft style of the interior, the apartment had to be made especially comfortable for children’s lives — their interests had to be a priority when designing. In addition, the owners wanted to pay special attention to details, as well as to have a lot of light in the house.

To visually combine the kitchen and living room area, the walls in the living room were decorated with white panels with a contrasting vertical seam. The designers did the same in the kitchen — behind the white facades of the upper cabinets there is a refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, a freezer, a vacuum cleaner, a steamer and an oven.

«The approach of our studio is based on the ability to feel the requests of its customers and respond to them using the full range of possibilities of modern architecture,» notes one of the authors of the project Evgeny Nedorov. — Now we can safely say that this interior has become an ideal reflection of the interests of the family. For the father of the family, as for a person from IT, technology was a priority — therefore, the Lutron smart home system operates throughout the apartment. The hostess, who is directly related to design and art, has designated certain color solutions for each room. The result was a space designed for the whole family, where there was a place for joint leisure, for study, and for recreation.»

The spacious master bedroom is conditionally divided into three zones: a dressing room, a bedroom and a mini-office with two armchairs on the site of the attached balcony, from where you can admire the city from a height. Dovlet House carpet adds more colors to the calm range. Blackout curtains and blinds, controlled from a remote control, allow you to block daylight if necessary

The wall behind the bed is decorated with alcantara panels, creating a floating effect. The facades of the cabinets are finished with natural leather of a light shade.

At the start of the work, the apartment was a free volume. Based on the terms of reference, the designers proposed two layout options. As a result, we settled on a structure where the living space is divided into two zones. The first block includes an entrance hall, a guest bathroom with a utility unit, a spacious kitchen combined with a living room. The second zone consists of two children’s rooms with their own bathroom and a master bedroom with a dressing room, a spacious bathroom and a small office for a spouse — an actual solution for a post-teen story.

Designers have created their own microcosm in the children’s rooms. In the girl’s room, a delicate pink palette sets a romantic atmosphere, in the boy’s bedroom there is a panel with a dinosaur and a rope for climbing. Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in both rooms add more air and volume. The built-in furniture is made according to the sketches of the authors of the project.

The interior style is luxe loft. Like other projects, this work of INRE studio is distinguished by a pronounced author’s handwriting, tactility of materials, charging energy and serious technical study. Another important feature of the project is its independence from momentary trends, which allows the interior to remain stylish, relevant and comfortable for living for a long time. In terms of color, white was chosen as the main color: white painted brick and panels with a vertical seam (on the walls), outlined by a contrasting black cornice (on the ceiling), became an excellent background for contrasting elements — upholstered furniture of a frosty blue shade and blue-black accents.

The bathroom attached to the bedroom is divided into a «dry» part and a spa area with a large Antonio Lupi bathtub and a shower cabin decorated with the author’s mosaic. Cabinet furniture, copper-colored mirrors are made to order. The facades of the cabinet, in which Corian sinks are built in, are decorated with deep blue genuine leather. The cabinet is made according to the sketches of the INRE studio by the Project-KA company. Spot lighting built into the floor is used to connect the bathroom with the bedroom.

We assign a special role to such emotional sensations as tactility, harmony, and atmosphere. They are expressed by modern means of design — depending on the wishes and lifestyle of the customer. Each interior is built around the life of the family and for its maximum comfort.»

There is a children’s bathroom between two children’s rooms. Cabinet furniture, mirrors and mosaics were made to order according to INRE’s sketches in his own carpentry workshop. The sink of the original shape is decorated with brass inserts. A step is equipped under it to match the color of the furniture, so that it is easy for children to wash.
