For example, in technical rooms, laminate, quartz vinyl tile or carpet can serve as a floor covering. And it can be quite fashionable shades and high-quality manufacturers.

Instead of plastered ceilings, choose drywall with subsequent painting. Or a very simple option — stretch ceilings. In the bathroom, in places where there is no direct contact with the floor, replace the tile finish with a moisture-resistant paint. And, of course, use simple plumbing structures: a monoblock toilet, a ready-made cabinet under the sink, overhead faucets.

And it is also possible to significantly reduce the time for repairs by a smaller number of terminals on the ceiling for lighting — which must be provided for at the project stage. Leave only the central lamp and the working illumination. »
